Review the house with the Site Superintendent for any special instructions
Receive the purchase order
Confirm the house is clean and free of trash or debris
Ensure tubs, sinks, countertops, stair treads, hardwood, vinyl, and other surfaces are covered and protected
Verify that faceplates are installed on all switches and receptacles
Check that cabinets are complete, including hardware and shelves
Confirm all appliances are installed
Ensure drywall and painting are complete
Verify all trim is installed
Confirm vinyl flooring is installed and protected
Check that hardwood or parquet flooring is installed and protected
Verify all doors are installed
Ensure all hardware is installed
