RFI Submission & Tracking for Carpentry
The RFI Submission & Tracking workflow helps carpentry contractors create consistency when clarifying project details. It includes preparing written RFIs, submitting them to the appropriate party, and tracking responses until resolution. By standardizing this process, carpenters reduce errors, improve communication, and maintain accountability. Clients benefit from transparency and confidence that details are handled properly. Sales and project teams gain organization and efficiency, while contractors protect profitability. With this workflow in place, carpentry companies can reduce delays, strengthen trust, and deliver projects with greater consistency and professionalism.
