Mark adhesive zones and install work areas
Walk flooring crew through zones and layout plan
Distribute flooring install plan and transitions
Go over adhesives, slips, and install hazards
Assign underlayment, plank, and trim install
Start log with installer time and conditions
Confirm vapor barrier or flooring substrate approval
Confirm with GC that flooring install has begun
