Verify there is no damage to tubs, showers, countertops, stairs, windows, vinyl, or other fixtures
Ensure all protective coverings are in place for tubs, countertops, vinyl, and other surfaces
Confirm all drywall repairs are completed, with surfaces smooth and sanded, and no raised facepaper from over-sanding
Repair or replace any damaged trim
Verify there is no carpet on the floor
Ensure the house is ready to be painted
Clean and broom-sweep the house, ensuring it is free of debris
