Client Walkthrough for Concrete

The Client Walkthrough workflow helps concrete contractors close projects with professionalism and thoroughness. It includes reviewing finished slabs, surfaces, or structural elements, confirming compliance with design specifications, and addressing punch list items. Teams also document approvals and answer client questions. By standardizing this process, contractors reduce disputes, prevent warranty issues, and protect profitability. Clients benefit from transparency, confidence in durability, and assurance of quality. With this workflow in place, concrete companies can improve credibility, strengthen client trust, and deliver smoother, more reliable closeouts on every project.
