This checklist ensures rough plumbing work is completed to standard and the house is prepared for the next phase of construction. It includes verifying the proper installation of piping, drains, and fixtures, while ensuring cleanliness and passing the rough plumbing inspection.
Dig and complete plumbing lines
Set tubs, showers, and other fixtures
Verify all piping is installed
Verify all drains are installed
Ensure no solder or flux is left on floor areas
Verify all safety bracing and temporary handrails are still in place
Pass the rough plumbing inspection
Clean the house and remove all debris
Broom-sweep the house
