RFI Submission & Tracking for Home Builder

The RFI Submission & Tracking workflow helps home builders and remodelers manage questions with architects, engineers, and inspectors before construction begins. It covers drafting clear RFIs, submitting them promptly, and logging responses for accountability. By standardizing this process, builders reduce miscommunication, prevent delays, and ensure project requirements are fully understood. Clients benefit from smoother coordination and confidence that potential issues are resolved upfront. Sales and project teams gain organization and efficiency, while builders protect profitability by avoiding costly mistakes. With this workflow in place, home builders can keep projects moving forward with clarity and professionalism.
