Walk framing, finish, and MEP install zones
List finish, fixture, and access panel issues
Assign MEP, paint, and punch items to trades
Check all finish, code, and scope items resolved
Collect permit, energy calcs, and tests
Confirm CO alarms, GFCIs, plumbing venting
Schedule final CO inspection
Clean site, remove debris, clear access
Walk with AHJ, answer framing/scope Qs
Receive CO sign-off or punch corrections
Fix framing, trim, or access as needed
Save CO cert, AHJ, and final photos
Call/email client with CO approval
File all final approvals, docs, and photos
