Sort punch by framing, MEP, and finishes

Assign to finish crew, MEP, or punch team

Set item due dates by crew and close date

Explain punch details by location/scope

Confirm tools, caulk, touch-up paint onsite

Visit site to confirm ongoing punch fixes

Confirm all punch meets spec and plan

Mark completed punch items in system

Reassign failed or missed punch items

Email or call client with punch status

Conduct final walkthrough and sign-off

Save final punch report and docs
