Pre-Construction Site Inspection for Site Preparation
The Pre-Construction Site Inspection workflow provides site preparation contractors with a structured system for reviewing conditions before equipment mobilization. It covers evaluating soil stability, verifying grading requirements, checking access, and ensuring utilities are marked. By using this process, contractors reduce delays, improve safety, and prevent costly errors. Clients benefit from transparency and confidence in the contractor’s preparation. Teams gain accountability and organization. With this workflow in place, site prep companies can protect margins, improve efficiency, and deliver projects that begin smoothly and on time.
