Processes That Start Themselves
Until now, adding a process to a project meant doing it by hand every time, and remembering to do it again next week or next month. Now you can set a process to recur on a schedule, and it shows up on its own. A weekly safety checklist, monthly equipment maintenance, or a daily jobsite reminder activates right when it should. No need for you to remember to start it. It sits “On deck” within the project until each scheduled run fires, so you always know what’s coming.
Kick Off Processes from the Field
Some work should start the moment someone’s standing in front of it, and leave a record that it happened. With our latest release, you can set a process to activate on a QR scan. Put a code on a piece of equipment or at the job site, and a team member scans it to kick off the process right there. Then, they simply complete the tasks and attach the proof. This can be used for equipment maintenance records, project-specific quality control inspections, daily reports, and more.
Automatically-Scheduled Due Dates
Instead of typing a date onto every task, you can now set a due date rule once, right on the task in your playbook.
A task can come due a set number of working days after the process starts, or a set number of working days after an earlier task in the process gets completed. You can also have it land on a specific day of the week, like the first Monday after the process starts. Because it counts working days, it respects the schedule you set, so nothing lands on a day you’re not working.
Smart Project Team Assignments
Set who fills each role on your project team, and Subtrak assigns every task for that role to the right person automatically as they arrive. No more going task by task to manually assign responsibility.
You can still override any single task by hand. And any role that still needs a person shows you how many tasks are waiting on its assignment, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Your Real Schedule, Respected
In admin settings, you can now set your company’s workdays and holidays. U.S. federal holidays are built in as suggestions, and you can add your own. Due dates and notifications both work around them, so nobody gets a deadline or reminder on a day they’re not working.
A Safety Net
Accidentally delete something you shouldn’t have? Editors and admins now have a Trash in the bottom-left menu. Here, you can restore deleted processes, tasks, and policies for up to 30 days before they’re gone for good.
